Returns & Refunds
We will refund only if the parts are returned in brand new condition and in the original packaging, Honestly getting back a part that has been installed and removed is no longer any good to us, as we will not be able to resell with it, So please be sure to measure twice and/or have a proper trained bicycle mechanic look at it before installation to insure a proper fit.
For the 2022 season we will be running sponsorships a bit differently. We will be offering a Prize Contingency Rewards Program. Any rider will be able to sign up for a chance to win back prizes when they use BLAQ Precision Headsets. Register here to be able to gain prizes from us for winning at certain select races and events in 2022 while using our products. Certain rules and restrictions will apply. BLAQ Precision Components warranties its headsets for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Any headset that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of BLAQ Precision Components. This warranty applies to the original owner only. This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, neglect, wear and tear, crash or impact, a lack of maintenance or other conditions deemed by BLAQ Precision Components to be abnormal, excessive, or improper use and installation. It is mandatory that a Return Authorization Number (RA#) be obtained by visiting BLAQ Precision Components before any product is returned. Additionally, a dated, proper Proof of Purchase(POP) MUST accompany the product when returned. to us. This warranty does not include bearings or seals which are standard wear items and should be regularly inspected. Replace bearings according to amount and type of usage by a proper bike shop.
